Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SleepLoop mobile application (the "Service") operated by WD Studio ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts in our sole discretion.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some premium features of the Service require either a subscription or a one-time purchase ("Lifetime Access").

A valid payment method, including credit card or digital wallet (Apple Pay), is required to process the payment. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you authorize us to charge the subscription or purchase price to your payment method.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free Trials: Free trials are available for first-time subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

3. Pricing

Current Plans:

  • Free Plan: Free - Basic features and limited audio content
  • Monthly Subscription: $1.99/month (auto-renewing) - Full access to all features and audio library
    • 3-day free trial for new subscribers
  • Annual Subscription: $19.99/year (auto-renewing) - Full access to all features and audio library
    • 7-day free trial for new subscribers
  • Lifetime Access: $39.99 (one-time payment) - Full access to all features and audio library

*Pricing may vary by region and currency. Applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) may apply. The price displayed in the app at the time of purchase is the final price.*

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Free Trials: You may cancel your free trial at any time before it ends to avoid being charged. If you cancel during the trial, you will lose access to premium features immediately.

One-Time Purchases (Lifetime Access)

All purchases, including subscriptions and Lifetime Access, are processed through Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

Important: We cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store. The approval of refunds is at Apple's sole discretion and subject to their terms and conditions.

5. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: SleepLoop is a wellness and relaxation tool, NOT a medical device or healthcare service.

The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as medical advice. Our audio content does NOT diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

If you have any health concerns, including insomnia, sleep disorders, epilepsy, or PTSD, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before using the Service.

Use at your own risk. We are not liable for any health issues arising from use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WD Studio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may NOT:

  • Download, record, or distribute our audio content
  • Use our content for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright notices or trademarks
  • Reverse engineer or copy our technology

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service
  • Share your account with others
  • Scrape, copy, or steal our content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We do NOT sell your personal information.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt-out of the "sale" of personal information (we don't sell data)

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by WD Studio.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

10. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a DMCA notice to:

We will terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any errors will be corrected
  • The Service is free from viruses or harmful components

Use the Service at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WD Studio and its employees, contractors, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including attorney's fees) resulting from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third party rights

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, please contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration (U.S. Users)

For users in the United States, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing [email protected] with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of any class or representative action.

Non-U.S. Users

For users outside the United States, disputes may be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Governing Law

For U.S. Users: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

For Non-U.S. Users: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, except where local consumer protection laws provide mandatory rights.

16. Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any refunds will be handled according to our refund policy in Section 4.

If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will provide 30 days' notice. Lifetime Access purchases are non-refundable in the event of service discontinuation, as this is disclosed at the time of purchase.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.

18. Export Control

You may not use the Service in any country embargoed by the United States or China, or if you are on any government restricted party lists.

19. General

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and WD Studio.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.

Language

The English version of these Terms is the official version. Translations are provided for convenience only.
